A CHANGE OF SCENERY

I watch astrology like a hawk.

When I am attentive to astrology, and things get… weird— I am less surprised. I am an air sign, there is a Libra full moon today, I am also a libra moon, born on new moon to be exact.

For me today’s full moon is opposite of my imprint but still in my sign. I’ll be observing closely.

Tarot Tuesdays are not just for tarot, but they are usually my most inspired day. I recorded tarot Tuesday from one of my favorite Denver coffee shops, Crema. Since I moved out of the city, I am refreshed by visits to my old digs. I visit often, but today my visit felt like a change of scenery.

As a Sagitarius rising, staying in one place starts to drive me crazy. One of the best parts of the past ten years of self-employment, creative work, and spiritual studies, is that I am always on the move and it does not often leave me much space to get stale. This week, the messages were loud and clear because I understand the way monotony can burden anyone. Spirit screamed, “DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT.”

Routines are much different than monotony but with a long term pattern the blade of a knife can creep in and you can start to tightrope walk between monotony and routine. So, the cards asked, where are you in your time and space? Do you know your time and space?

The little version of you did not have to learn how to play or imagine. Sure, there may have been challenges in your childhood, but your imagination was always youthful— your bike suddenly turned into a spaceship, the rocks beneath your feet turned to hot lava, or you got lost in the pages of Harry Potter (I sure did). This week when you try something different, imagine your experience as an adventure.

This week when you take an adventure or try something new— first, this lets spirit know you are listening to their messages; second, your guides can provide you more messages for your understanding in the form of sychronicty— but, only when you let them, and only when you follow their lead.

So now, go safely, intentionally, with your imagination and say, “YES,” to something brand new.
