No two containers are the same. Each experience is shaped by your natural gifts, your current season, and what you are ready to move through. While the work is intuitive and adaptive, there is a clear structure guiding our time together, and we will work together to develop this curriculum and make changes when and if necessary. Here you are meant to learn, heal, integrate, and becoming self-sufficient in your practice.
